一、人才需求 Candidate Requirements

★临床学科带头人 Clinical Discipline Leaders

（一）基本条件 Basic Requirements

拥护中国共产党领导和中国特色社会主义制度，遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律；具备良好的职业道德和严谨的科研作风；信用记录良好，未被列入失信联合惩戒对象；无涉黑涉恶行为；具有正常履行职责的身心条件。

Candidates must uphold the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system with Chinese characteristics; comply with the Constitution and laws of the People’s Republic of China; maintain exemplary professional ethics and rigorous scientific integrity; maintain a sound credit record with no record of joint disciplinary sanctions for dishonesty; have no involvement in organized crime or other illegal activities; and be in good physical and mental health to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.

（二）岗位条件 Position Requirements

1. 年龄：一般在55周岁以下。

2. 学历/学位：研究生学历、博士学位。

3. 职称：在重点大学附属医院或省级三甲医院任职且具备主任医师专业技术职务任职资格；同时具备教授、博士研究生导师资格者优先。海外人才需在海外知名医学院校或医疗机构担任副教授及以上职务。

4. 临床业绩条件：长期在临床一线工作，具有较高的医疗技术水平，具有诊治本专业疑难危重病例的能力。

5. 学术业绩条件（具备下列条件者优先）：

（1）近5年主持国家级科研项目；

（2）近5年以第一作者(排名第一)或通讯作者（排名最后），发表中科院一区研究型学术论文3篇以上；

（3）获得省部级科技奖二等奖以上(排名第一);

（4）具有省部级以上人才称号。

2.Degree: doctoral degree with a postgraduate education background.

3.Professional title: holds the position of Chief Physician in their discipline at a key university-affiliated hospital or a provincial comprehensive tertiary-grade A hospital; preference is given to those who are Professors or possess a doctoral supervisor qualification. Overseas candidates must hold a position of Associate Professor or higher at a well-known medical school or medical institution.

4.Clinical record requirements: extensive frontline clinical experience, with advanced medical expertise and demonstrated ability to diagnose and treat complex and critical cases within their discipline.

5.Academic achievements (preferred):

(1)Principal investigator of a national-level research project within the past five years;

(2)Published at least three research papers in Chinese Academy of Science (CAS) Zone 1 journals in the past five years as the first author (ranked first) or corresponding author (ranked last);

(3)Recipient of a first-prize provincial or municipal-level Science and Technology Award (ranked first, second class or above);

(4)Holds a provincial-level talent title or higher.

★临床青年骨干Outstanding Young Clinical Professionals

（一）基本条件 Basic Requirements

拥护中国共产党领导和中国特色社会主义制度，遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律；具备良好的职业道德和严谨的科研作风；信用记录良好，未被列入失信联合惩戒对象；无涉黑涉恶行为；具有正常履行职责的身心条件。

Candidates must uphold the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system with Chinese characteristics; comply with the Constitution and laws of the People’s Republic of China; maintain exemplary professional ethics and rigorous scientific integrity; maintain a sound credit record with no record of joint disciplinary sanctions for dishonesty; have no involvement in organized crime or other illegal activities; and be in good physical and mental health to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.

（二）岗位条件 Position Requirements

1. 年龄：一般在45周岁以下。

2. 学历/学位：研究生学历、博士学位。

3. 职称：具备副主任医师专业技术职务任职资格，同时具备硕士研究生导师资格及以上者优先。

4. 临床业绩条件： 具有三级甲等医院十年及以上工作经历；临床业务能力出色，有特色或专长；海外人才需在海外知名医疗机构从事临床或科研相关工作2年以上。

 5. 学术业绩条件（具备下列条件者优先）：

（1）近5年主持国家级科研项目；

（2）近5年以第一/通讯作者发表JCR一区研究型论文≥3 篇。

3.Professional title: holds the position of Associate Chief Physician in their discipline; preference is given to those who possess a master’s supervisor qualification or higher. 

4.Clinical record requirements: at least 10 years experience in a tertiary-grade A hospital; demonstrates outstanding clinical competence with distinctive expertise or specialization. Overseas candidates must have at least two years of clinical or research experience at a well-known medical institution.

5.Academic achievements (preferred):

(1)Principal investigator of a national-level research project within the past five years;

(2)Published at least three papers in Journal Citation Reports (JCR) Q1 journals within the past five years as the first or corresponding author.

★海外优青 Overseas  Excellent Young Scholars

（参考2025年指南，申报条件及要求以2026年国家自然科学基金委员会通知为准） 

(Reference to 2025 guidelines, specific requirements are subject to the 2026 announcement by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.)

（一）基本条件 Basic Requirements

遵守中华人民共和国法律法规，具有良好的科学道德，自觉践行新时代科学家精神。 

Candidates must comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, demonstrate rigorous scientific integrity and embody the spirit of scientists in the new era.

（二）岗位条件 Position Requirements

1. 年龄：出生日期在1986年1月1日（含）以后；

2. 学位：具有博士学位；

3. 研究方向：主要为自然科学、工程技术等；

4. 其他要求：

（1）在取得博士学位后至2026年4月15日前，一般应在海外高校、科研机构、企业研发机构获得正式教学或者科研职位，且具有连续36个月以上工作经历；在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的，可适当放宽工作年限要求（不适用于通过中外联合培养方式取得海外博士学位的情况）；在海外工作期间，同时拥有境内带薪酬职位的申请人，其境内带薪酬职位的工作年限不计入海外工作年限。

（2）取得同行专家认可的科研或技术等成果，且具有成为该领域学术带头人或杰出人才的发展潜力；

（3）申请人尚未全职回国（来华）工作，或者2025年1月1日以后回国（来华）工作。获资助通知后须辞去海外工作并全职回国（来华）工作不少于3年。

1.Age: born on or after January 1, 1986.

2.Degree: doctoral degree.

3.Research fields: primarily natural sciences and engineering technology.

4.Other requirements:

(1)After obtaining the doctoral degree and before April 15, 2026, candidates should generally hold a formal teaching or research position at an overseas university, scientific research institution or corporate R&D institution, with at least 36 consecutive months of overseas work experience. Those who obtained a doctoral degree overseas and have exceptionally outstanding achievements may be granted flexibility regarding the work-experience requirement (not applicable to doctoral degrees obtained through a joint international training program). During the period of overseas employment, any concurrent paid domestic positions in China shall not be counted toward overseas work experience.

(2)Candidates must have research, technology or other accomplishments recognized by peers, demonstrating the potential to become an academic or scientific leader or possess outstanding talent.

(3)Candidates must not have commenced full-time employment in China or, if returned, must have done so after January 1, 2025. Upon receiving the funding award notice, candidates must resign from their overseas position and return to China for full-time employment of at least three years.

5. 限项要求：

执行国家科技人才计划统筹衔接的相关要求。同层次国家科技人才计划只能承担一项，不能逆层次申请。 

Application restrictions: requirements related to the coordinated implementation of National Science and Technology Talent Programs shall apply. Candidates may participate in only one national talent program at the same level and may not apply across levels.

二、待遇及支持政策Benefits and Support Policies

（一）省级、市级支持政策 Provincial and Municipal-Level Support Policies

1. 认定为福建省高层次人才者，可享受12.5-350万元安家补贴；认定为厦门市“群鹭兴厦”卫生健康人才，可享受75-150万元的工作生活补助；

2. 购房或购房补贴：根据厦门市高层次人才类型认定情况，享受按现有规定以市场评估价45%的价格申购100-200平方米人才住房或者享受130-1000万元购房补贴；

3. 生活补贴：落户后，博士研究生享受8万元一次性生活补贴；

4. 留学人员：可申请高层次留学人员生活津贴（12万元），子女择校；

5. 提供合理的国内外进修学习机会；

6. 配偶安置及子女教育：协助解决配偶工作，协助解决子女就学问题。 

1.Settlement allowance: Candidates recognized under the Fujian Provincial High-Level Talent system are eligible for a settlement allowance ranging from RMB 125,000 to RMB 3.5 million. Candidates recognized under the Xiamen “Qunlu Xingxia” Health Talent Program may receive work and living subsidies of RMB 750,000 to RMB 1.5 million.

2.Housing benefits: Depending on the candidate’s Xiamen High-Level Talent level, eligible candidates may purchase 100-200 m² of talent housing at 45% of the market appraisal price in accordance with the current rules, or receive housing subsidies ranging from RMB 1.3 million to RMB 10 million.

3.Living allowance: Upon household registration in Xiamen, doctoral candidates may receive a one-time living allowance of RMB 80,000.

4.Support for overseas returnees: Candidates may apply for a High-Level Overseas Talent living allowance of RMB 120,000 and receive assistance with their children’s school enrollment.

5.Professional and academic development: Provided with domestic and international professional and academic training opportunities.

6.Family support: Assistance is available for spousal employment and children’s education.

1.Support provided for obtaining the recognition of professorships, other teaching titles, and master’s or doctoral supervisor qualifications in accordance with National Talent Level categories.

2.Access to global leading and national first-class large-scale equipment and shared research platforms.

3.Allocation of postgraduate enrollment quotas based on the applicable National Talent Level categories.

（三）院内待遇 Hospital Benefits

1. 薪酬：50万/年—200万/年，特别优秀者可一人一策，一事一议；

四、医院简介 Hospital Overview

厦门大学附属中山医院始建于1928年，由爱国华侨和地方知名人士为弘扬中山先生“天下为公，造福社会”的精神捐资兴建而成，时任厦门大学校长、医学专家林文庆博士出任首任院长。2005年成为厦门大学首家附属医院，现已发展成为集医疗、教学、科研、预防保健于一体的三级甲等综合性医院。医院连续四年荣获“国考”全国三级公立医院绩效考核A+等级评价，连续入选三届中国医院竞争力排行榜“顶级医院100强”。

医院目前拥有3个院区，现有编制床位2500张，拥有教职员工近3300人，其中副高以上专家近1100名、硕士及博士958名、硕士生导师和博士生导师135名。

Founded in 1928, Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University (also known as Xiamen Zhongshan Hospital) was established through donations from patriotic overseas Chinese and prominent local figures in line with Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s vision of “the world is for all, and we strive for benefit of society”. Dr. Lim Boon Keng, then president of Xiamen University and a medical expert, served as the hospital’s first president. In 2005, the hospital became the first affiliated hospital of Xiamen University. It has since developed into a comprehensive tertiary-grade A hospital that integrates medical care, education, scientific research, and preventive healthcare services. For four consecutive years, the hospital has received an A+ rating in the national performance evaluation for tertiary public hospitals and has been ranked among the “Top 100 Hospitals” in the China Hospital Competitiveness Ranking for three consecutive times.

The hospital currently operates across three campuses, with 2,500 beds and nearly 3,300 faculty and staff members. Among them are nearly 1,100 senior experts holding associate senior or higher professional titles, 958 staff members with master’s or doctoral degrees, and 135 master’s and doctoral supervisors.

五、学科情况 Disciplines

医院设有50个临床及医技科室，目前拥有：4个国家临床重点专科（消化内科、大普外科、骨科、医学检验科），15个福建省临床重点专科以及国家消化系统疾病临床医学研究中心福建省分中心、国家高级卒中中心、福建省肠道微生态与消化系统疾病防治临床医学研究中心、福建省慢性肝病肝癌重点实验室等20多个国家级省市级医学中心和科研平台。

The hospital comprises 50 clinical and medical technology departments, including:

- Four National Key Clinical Specialties (Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, and Clinical Laboratory Medicine);

- 15 Fujian Provincial Key Clinical Specialties;

- The Fujian Provincial Branch of the National Clinical Research Center for Gastroenterology;

- A National Advanced Stroke Center;

- The Fujian Clinical Medical Research Center for Intestinal Microecology and the Prevention and Treatment of Digestive System Diseases;

- The Fujian Provincial Key Laboratory of Chronic Liver Disease and Liver Cancer;

- More than 20 national, provincial, and municipal medical centers and research platforms.

六、教学情况 Education

医院承担厦门大学医学院、厦门大学马来西亚分校、福建医科大学、厦门医学院等多所医学院校教学工作，也是厦门大学、福建医科大学博士硕士研究生培养单位，承担北京中医药大学、福建中医药大学硕博培养任务。医院设立内、外、妇、儿、急诊、护理等25个临床教研室，现有临床教师 591人。

医院现为国家级住院医师规范化培训基地，有16个专业基地；国家级普通外科学专科医师规范化培训基地，住院医师规范化培训在培医师438人。

The hospital undertakes teaching responsibilities for Xiamen University School of Medicine, Xiamen University Malaysia, Fujian Medical University, Xiamen Medical College, and other medical institutions. It also serves as a training institution for master’s and doctoral students of Xiamen University and Fujian Medical University, and provides postgraduate training for Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The hospital has established 25 clinical teaching and research departments, covering internal medicine,surgery,obstetrics and gynecology,pediatrics, emergency medicine, and nursing, supported by 591 clinical instructors.

The hospital is a National Resident Training Base covering 16 specialty training programs and a Standardized Specialist Training Base in General Surgery. Currently, 438 resident physicians are enrolled in standardized training programs.

七、科研情况 Scientific Research

近年来，医院获各级课题资助500余项，包括国家“863”和“973”子课题、国科金优秀青年科学基金、国家自然科学基金、国家“十一五”科技支撑计划等国家级课题100余项。获省、市各级科技进步奖近100项，获国家专利63项，发表SCI论文1178篇。

2025年，医院引进“首席科学家”林圣彩教授和13位“双聘教授”；2025年国家自然科学基金资助经费总额居厦门各医院首位，创历史新高。

In recent years, the hospital has received funding from more than 500 research projects at various levels, including over 100 national-level projects such as the National High-Tech Research and Development Program (“863 Program”), the National Basic Research Program (“973 Program”), the National Natural Science Foundation for Excellent Young Scientists (NSFC), the National Natural Science Foundation, and the "11th Five-Year Plan" Science and Technology Support Program. At the provincial and municipal levels, it has gained close to 100 Science and Technology Progress Awards,obtained 63 national patents, and published 1,178 SCI papers.

In 2025, the hospital recruited Professor Lin Shengcai as Chief Scientist, along with 13 jointly appointed professors. In the same year, the hospital ranked first among hospitals in Xiamen in total funding received from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, reaching a historic high.
